El que ens presenta la Mari Pau al Primentons, és un montadito de carxofa amb pernil fumat d'ànec, tomata confitada i reducció d'oporto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Per fer sis montaditos necessitarem els següents ingredients: enciam, dues carxofes, dues tomates, pernil d'ànec fumat, un grapat de pipes de girassol i carabassa, sis llesques de pa, un 250 ml d'oporto i cent grams de sucre. Per començar a cuinar aquest el.laborat montadito bullirem les dues carxofes, tallades a quarts, en aigua amb una mica de farina i llimona durant uns 8 minuts per tal que ens queden “aldente”. A continuació escaldarem les tomates, les pelarem i les trossejarem. Un cop trossejades, en una paella amb sucre i mig got d'aigua, les confitarem durant tres minuts. Retirem la tomata confitada i ja podem començar a el.laborar el nostre montadito. Primer torrarem les llesques de pa, a continuació posarem l'enciam a sobre, la tomata confitada, la carxofa, el pernil d'ànec, les pipes variades, un raig d'oli d'oliva i culminarem amb una reducció d'oporto. Aquesta és la recepta que ens hem quedat del restaurant l'Esquella d'en Gaudí d'Alcanar, un lloc que haureu de visitar per  saber quines altres receptes ens poden oferir, que per cert us deixaran amb Per fer una moixarra a la sal, necessitarem una moixarra d’entre 400 i 450 grams i un quilògram de sal grossa. Una de les coses més importants és la neteja de la moixarra, és necessari obrir-la el mínim possible per tal que la sal penetre el mínim possible dins del peix. Si voleu veure com ho fa en Rai, properament penjarem el el vídeo. Una altra recomanació és no treure les escates del peix, ja que ens facilitarà la feina a l'hora de netejar-la un cop estigue cuita. Per cuinar-la, agafarem una safata de forn i la cobrirem amb sal, a continuació posarem la moixarra i la cobrirem amb la resta de la sal. Introduirem la safata al forn, prèviament precalentat a 220 graus i la deixarem durant 15 minuts. text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Aquesta setmana ha tornat a Canal TE el nostre programa favorit de cuina, “Primentons i Tomates”, amb la col.laboració del Restaurant Amaré de Roquetes, hem pogut veure cinc receptes diferents, en aquest cas, en Joan Amaré ens va preparar un Tamboret de la Terra, un milfulls amb gambes, un xupito de gamba deliciós, un conill i uns financers de postre. Nosaltres avui us presentem el tamboret de la terra, un plat fruit dels productes de les nostres terres. Per a començar la recepta, posarem a escalivar un primentó roig a la flama, mentrestant en una safata posarem una baldana i uns bolets, en el nostre cas han estat uns ceps, però podem posar rovellons si ens agrada més. Mentre tenim el primentó escalivant-se i la baldana amb els bolets al forn, pelarem una patata, la laminarem i la fregirem fins que estigue al punt. Un cop fregides les patates farem un ou ferrat, ho reservarem i a continuació procedirem a muntar el plat. Agafarem un aro de motlle i hi afegirem la patata fregida, a continuació, com a segón nivell, el primentó escalivat, després els ceps i la baldana. Un cop assolits els quatre nivells, culminarem amb l'ou ferrat i, marcarem un tall de foie a la paella per a col.locar-lo al cim del tamboret.
